It is hereby notified for information of all employees and students that it is mandatory to carry and display their respective ID cards for entry into the University gate. This measure is being taken to ensure the security and safety of the University premises.

All employees and students are required to:

1. Carry their ID cards at all times

2. Display their ID cards at the University gate

3. Ensure that their ID cards are valid and not expired

4. Make necessary arrangements to obtain or renew your ID card.

The students, employees and visiting faculty without a valid ID card will not be allowed to enter the University premises.

All concerned are directed to show compliance to the directives with immediate effect and get prepared the card from Printing & Publications Section:
